1.The “other securities” approved by the competent authority under Article 22, paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act include the virtual currency with securities whose amount of offerings below NT$30 million and comply with “Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Operation by Securities Firms of the Business of Proprietary Trading of Security Tokens.”

2.A issuer issuing an aforesaid virtual currency with securities shall comply with the following requirements and publicly announce according to “Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Operation by Securities Firms of the Business of Proprietary Trading of Security Tokens”:

A.Prepare and deliver a prospectus in accordance with Article 30, paragraph 3 and Article 31, paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act.

B.Announce publicly in accordance with Article 36, paragraph 3, subparagraph 2 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
