The administrative appellant, in connection with an informant's tip, refused to accept a letter (Ref: Chan zi No. 1100131670) issued by the FSC Insurance Bureau on 22 February 2021 and a letter (Ref: Chan zi No. 1100132497) issued by the FSC Insurance Bureau on 3 March 2021, and therefore filed an administrative appeal with the FSC.
