The administrative appellant, in connection with an informant's tip, refused to accept a letter (Ref: Chan zi No. 1090425935) issued by the FSC Insurance Bureau on 18 August 2020, a letter (Ref: Chan zi No. 1090427715) issued by the FSC Insurance Bureau on 6 October 2020, and an email (Ref: Zheng zi No. 1100415980) issued by the FSC Insurance Bureau on 25 March 2021, and therefore filed an administrative appeal with the FSC.
