The administrative appellant, in connection with an insurance matter, refused to accept a directive (Ref: Guo Shou zi No. 109081317) issued by XXXX Insurance Co., Ltd, on 28 August 2020 and a letter (Ref: Shou Hui Gui zi No. 1100100700) issued by the Life Insurance Association of the Republic of China on 25 January 2021, and therefore filed an administrative appeal with the FSC.
