The administrative appellant, in connection with an insurance matter, refused to accept a letter （Ref: shou zi No. 1140417946） issued by the FSC Insurance Bureau on 28 April 2025, and a meeting notice （Ref: fu shou fa hsiao pao zi No. 1140163118） issued by the Taichung City Government on 6 June 2025 and therefore filed an administrative appeal with the FSC. The FSC Administrative Appeal Review Committee decided as follows: The administrative appeal will not be entertained.
