2020-04-16
The FSC amended “the Incentive Policy for Onshore Funds” on March 20, 2020, by relaxing criteria and indicators to spur SITEs to actively apply for the Incentive Policy. It is expected to foster the nation''s asset management talents and skills, expand the scale of assets under management, and move towards internationalization.

One of the amendments this time sheds light on the interpretation of "Other Substantial Contributions". After the amendment, an entity who issues funds or creates discretionary accounts which invest domestically and mainly in environmental protection (green undertakings), corporate governance, or corporate social responsibility related targets with significant performance is seen achieving an indicator.
