The position of Director General of the Department of Development and Innovation of the FSC has been filled by Mr. Hsi-sheng Lin, who has been transferred from his former position as Director General of Planning

Following the retirement of FSC Department of Development and Innovation Director General Tse-hua Hu (胡則華) on 17 November 2025, Director General of Planning Hsi-sheng Lin (林羲聖) was transferred to assume Hu’s vacated position. This change was approved by the Executive Yuan on 20 November 2025 and took effect on 21 November 2025.
