The position of Director General of the Department of Planning of the FSC has been filled by Ms. Hsiu-ling Liu, who has been promoted from her former position as Deputy Director General of Planning

Following the transfer of Director General of Planning Hsi-sheng Lin (林羲聖) on 21 November 2025 to the position of Director General of Development and Innovation, Deputy Director General Hsiu-ling Liu (劉秀玲) was promoted to assume the vacated position. The change was approved by the Executive Yuan, and Director General Liu took up her new position, on 2 December 2025.
