Following the retirement of FSC Securities and Futures Bureau Director General Chen-shan Chang (張振山) on 2 December 2025, Deputy Director General Ching-ping Kao (高晶萍) was promoted and assumed Chang’s vacated position. The change was approved by the Executive Yuan on 2 December 2025. The position of Deputy Director was filled by Secretary General Chung-hao Huang (黃仲豪), and the position of Secretary General was filled by Director Hsiu-ling Wang (王秀玲). The promoted individuals took up their posts on 2 December 2025.
