The position of Director General of the Department of Development and Innovation of the FSC has been filled by Mr. Cheng-shan Chou, who has been promoted from his former position as Secretary General of the Banking Bureau

Following the appointment of FSC Department of Development and Innovation Director General Hsi-sheng Lin (林羲聖) as Counselor, Secretary General of the Banking Bureau Cheng-shan Chou (周正山) was transferred to assume Lin’s vacant position. This change was approved of by the Executive Yuan on September 7, 2026, and took effect on September 14, 2026.
