Notice is hereby given, for Joint Credit Information Center to be commissioned to collect and process supervisory information of banks (period of commission has commenced since 4th, August 2026)

Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) commissions the Joint Credit Information Center (JCIC) to collect and process supervisory data reported by banks. The commissioned work includes integrating various types of credit data reported by banks to the JCIC; data on banks’ derivatives, domestic and offshore structured products, and other relevant information from the OTC Derivatives Trade Repository established by the Taipei Exchange (TPEx), as well as management reports generated by TPEx; and performing validation and other related procedures on data reported by banks.
JCIC shall establish an integrated digital regulatory reporting and supervision analysis system for banks, submitting supervisory information and regulatory reports to the Commission as well.
