Taiwan Business Bank was found shortcomings when handled Runyu Group’s credit in terms of not properly establishing or implementing an internal control system , in violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 45-1 of the Banking Act. The Bank was fined NT$2 million under Sub-paragraph 7 of Article 129 of the Banking Act .
