I.    Date of sanction: September 1, 2021
II.    Objects of sanction: XX Pi, the former associated person of Schroder Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Schroder SITE”).
III.    Legal basis for the sanction: Paragraph 2, Article 7 and Article 104 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, and subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 and paragraph 3, Article 13 of the Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises.
IV.    Facts of violation: XX Pi, a former associated person of Schroder SITE, disclosed to others by telephone the stock investment or shareholdings of the discretionary investment accounts under his management or the securities investment trust funds which he assisted in the management during his registration as an associated person of Schroder SITE. This is verified to have violated paragraph 2, Article 7 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, and subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 and paragraph 3, Article 13 of the Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises.
V.    Sanction imposed: In accordance with Articles 104 of the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, Schroder SITE is ordered to suspend the business execution of its former associated person XX Pi for 3 months from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
