In line with the amendment of the Regulations Governing Foreign Exchange Business of Insurance Enterprises by the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan), on March 23, 2016, to meet practical requirements, the FSC issued an order regarding the scope of foreign currency denominated non-life insurance businesses which insurers can engage in.
