Financial Supervisory Commission Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to designate Taipei Exchange and its Database of OTC Derivatives Trading Information as the FSC-designated reporting institution and information transmission system specified in Paragraph 4 of Article 4 and Article 10 of "Regulations Governing Offshore Structured Products" (stipulation shall become effective from 31st, December 2020)
