The administrative appellant, in connection with the filing of a complaint, refused to accept a letter (Ref: Qi zi No. 1090141622) issued by the FSC Securities and Futures Bureau on 24 July 2020 and a letter (Ref: Zheng Gui Fu zi No. 10906004202) issued by the Taipei Exchange (TPEx) on 26 October 2020, and therefore filed an administrative appeal with the FSC.
