The sales statistics of foreign-currency denominated products by life insurance industry as of the end of February 2024 were as follows: premium revenues from new foreign-currency denominated policies amounted to around NT$47.808 billion, up by 16% from NT$41.039 billion year-on-year. Within these figures, investment-linked insurance products accounted for NT$4.248 billion (around 9% of the total), down by 49% from NT$8.375 billion year-on-year, and the sales of traditional insurance products totaled NT$43.56 billion (around 91% of the total), up by 33% from NT$32.664 billion year-on-year.
