The position of Director-General of the Department of Development and Innovation of the FSC has been filled by Ms. Tse-hua Hu (胡則華), who has been transferred from her former position as Director-General of Planning. Mr. Hsi-sheng Lin (林羲聖), who had served as Deputy Director-General of Planning, has filled the vacancy.

FSC Department of Planning Director-General Tse-hua Hu (胡則華) has been transferred to serve as Director-General of Development and Innovation. The vacancy has been filled by Deputy Director-General of Planning Hsi-sheng Lin (林羲聖). These changes were approved by the Executive Yuan on 31 December 2024 and took effect on 1 January 2025.
