Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) held the “12th Taipei Corporate Governance Forum” on October 15th, 2018. The forum invited Mr. Jun-ji Shih, ROC Vice Premier, and Mr. Anthony Flintoff, General Manager of S&P Global Ratings to give keynote speeches. The attendees of the forum included representatives from regulators, corporate governance research institutes, stock exchanges, and other related institutions from 10 countries and also invited over 600 representatives from listed companies.
